1. Our Commitment

JOVI Beauty, Inc. ("Jovi," "we," "us," or "our") wants everyone who works in beauty to be able to use Jovi, including people with disabilities. We are working to make thejoviapp.com and the Jovi app accessible and usable for the widest possible audience.

2. Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, cognitive, or learning disabilities.

3. What We Do

To support accessibility, we:

Design for ReadabilityUse text and background colors that meet WCAG contrast requirements, and keep layouts usable when text is enlarged.
Support Assistive TechnologyUse semantic HTML, page titles, headings, and labeled form fields and buttons so screen readers can describe each page.
Support Keyboard NavigationBuild links, menus, and forms so they can be reached and used with a keyboard.
Review RegularlyCheck new and updated pages for accessibility issues and fix problems as we find them.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of Jovi may not yet be fully accessible:

User-Uploaded ContentPortfolio photos and salon images uploaded by members may not include text descriptions.
Third-Party Listings and ServicesSome job listings link to external websites, and some features rely on third-party services. We do not control the accessibility of those sites and services.

5. Feedback and Assistance

If you run into an accessibility barrier on Jovi, or need information in a different format, please let us know. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We will do our best to help and to fix the issue.
